Petition: Amtrak Service Between Binghamton, Scranton, and New York City

In 2009, Senators Bob Casey, Chuck Schumer, Kirsten Gilibrand, and the late Arlen Specter proposed Amtrak service between Binghamton and Scranton that ended in New York City. This would allow travelers to/from Binghamton and New York to connect with the rest of the Northeast Corridor, including Boston, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C.
